ZenToes Fabric Metatarsal Sleeve with Gel Cushion for Ball of Foot Pain Relief - 1 Pair - Beige

I'm not sure how anyone could give these ZenToes Fabric Gel Cushions less than 5 stars — honestly, they deserve more than that! I'm 5'9”, over 350 lbs, wear a women's size 12 shoe, and have flat, wide, chunky feet. I recently started walking to lose weight and switched to men's athletic shoes for a better fit. After my first week, I developed painful blisters on the balls of my feet from all the rubbing. I couldn't face another week of that pain, so I did some research and found these — and wow, they are beyond perfect. Some reviewers mentioned the band around the big toe being tight, but while it's slightly snug, the material is soft and stretchy. I haven't had a single blister, and for the first time ever, I walked without pain. My shoes always wear down under the balls of my feet, but these cushions have changed everything. I'm already planning to buy at least seven more pairs because honestly, you can't put a price on pain relief!

I suffer from either hip arthritis or sciatica, and when bad weather approaches, snow or thunderstorms, I can feel pain in my left leg. I decided to try this item to add pressure and possibly eliminate the pain, and it is working quite well for me. It's a little uncomfortable having it between my toes, since I don't like that sensation, but I'm willing to forgo the minor discomfort for the relief of my leg pain.
