Much more convenient than bark or stone tablets.

Before purchasing STPLS 1SUB N TBK CR, I would have to write on whatever was available. Sometimes it was bark from a tree or a smooth piece of stone, both of which were difficult to carry as lists for the grocery store. Letters to relatives were often quite expensive to mail. Then there was all the extra time keeping chisels and woodburning tools sharp. What a relief when I learned about paper and pencils. It has changed my life. I highly recommend the STPLS 1SUBN TBK CR. Everyone should have at least one at all times.
