FWIW, I have silicone implants and a rounded shape, with breasts that are somewhat side-set. I like that this bra pushes them together to create nice cleavage without pinching, squeezing, or bulging anywhere. The rounded cups also create my preferred silhouette under clothing. The band was slightly on the tight size, but became comfortable within one wear.
