Good efficient quiet unit.
I really like this dehumidifier. It is quiet and takes a lot of water out of the air. After about a year of use our unit quit working. I worked with the company and they warranted it for us and sent us a new unit. They have great customer service. Really pleased so far with the unit and the service from the company.

Great customer service
This was easy to set up ran well and did its job. I suddenly remembered I had to clean the filter and found the screen locked so I could not shut off the machine. I went to the website, left a message and was contacted within a couple of hours. I sent a video as requested and within 24 hrs I had unlocked the screen and cleaned the filter. The customer service was excellent and the website was easy to use for this 69 year old woman.
