Pyle PSW710S 14"-37" Flat Panel Triple Arm Articulating Tlit and Swivel TV Wall Mount

item arrived with parts missing, contacted Walmart.com they said contact the shipper - vendor, I contacted them told them what was missing and asked them to send the missing parts, they said they'd try to locate them. they contacted me and told me to return the mount for a new one or a refund, I went with a new one and that one arrived with parts missing contacted them again sent a picture of the manual that shows the parts included and how to install, they replied that even though they are showed being included and needed don't mean they are all included ? and send it back for a refund ! I'm now waiting more than 2 weeks to hang this tv. The sad part is it's a pretty strong well constructed mount if your TV requires 4 - M4 25mm bolts, they were not in package even though it states they are and the instruction show a fastener that slides into the mount, they are not there either
