Great tire, weak service

Tires are great and look fantastic. Excellent buy for the $$$. Exactly what I expected - heavyduty mud tires, whiny %26 rough ride. My issue was getting them installed: the WalMart tire center service techs couldn't get them mounted and said their machines couldn't handle them. Not sure why that was the case. Pretty sure they just didn't know what they were doing.
