Pennington Smart Patch Sun & Shade Mix - Product Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried out the Pennington Smart Patch Sun & Shade Mix to fix some bare spots and pet damage on my lawn, and here's my experience with it. Ease of Use: Using this product was straightforward. The mix comes with everything you need-grass seed, fertilizer, mulch, and microbials. The instructions were clear, and I didn't have to do much prep work. Just spread it over the bare spots, water it, and wait. Performance: One thing I liked was how quickly the grass started to grow. In about five days, I saw the first sprouts, and within two weeks, the bare spots were filling in nicely. The ryegrass in the mix really does grow fast and thick. I was a bit skeptical about its ability to stay put on slopes, but the tackifier did its job well, and the seeds didn't wash away when it rained.
