Burley Flatbed

Light and strong, easy to attach and detach. I've used it to carry many bags of potting soil and it works very well. I added bungie cords to the top rails to secure loads. I have an electric cargo bike and this extends the utility and stability when carrying heavy loads. Stores upright and is very compact without having to fold the sides or detach anything.

Trailer is great; well built and very functional; use it with my ebike - works great. Next comment has nothing to do with Burley (they have been very helpful). My style of ebike requires the trailer to be attached (with a hitch adapter) to the left side of the rear axle. The manufacturer of my ebike has used a not too common diameter and an even rarer thread pitch for the axle. Burley does not yet make an adapter for this size - and neither does any one else (tried many companies that sell adapters - nothing). I have cobbled together some other fittings and washers to compensate. Looks like a Rube Goldberg assembly. I have contacted my bike manufacturer about this and they said they were sorry and some one would contact me. Not holding my breath for that. My bike manufacturer even sells the Burley trailer as an accessory on their website, yet gives absolutely no assistance in getting the correct size adapter. Rather disingenuous.
