Better than ceramic

Absolutely love this thing!!!! The fact that you can use lump or charcoal briquettes is great, but the easy of rolling it around and not worrying that it could flip over and shatter is a huge relief. It's very easy to cook on and temperatures are easy to maintain. Unlike the ceramic kamados if you over shoot your temp it's very easy to get the temp back down and under control. It is hands down the best all around do all cooker on the market and looks amazing as well. You won't be disappointed.

AMAZING!!!

Amazing kamado grill, added venom controller, fits perfect (it's like having a cheat code for locking temps). Only have two small complaints, 1. I wish Weber invested in more accessories for this grill, 2. if you use a water pan, when you lift the lid, condensation drips out the back of the grill onto the patio.

I have used quite the variety of grills and smokers over the past years. I do not believe I have ever had anything like this, Weber Summit Kamado. The temperature control and consistency of it is amazing. The versatility of the Summit Kamado shows the thought and detailed design that Weber put into it. The quality of my cook has definitely improved
