I received this adapter as a replacement for a USA-19HS that kept BSODing my main prod machine while working in Putty. Even though I had purchased it years ago, the kind folks at the Tech Support division were able to assist me in troubleshooting and ended up sending me this one instead. In all honesty I did not expect the level of commitment and quick response I got, so thank you Tripp Lite. So far it works as expected and have not had any issues at all, even with the latest installment of Windows 10.
