I was driving through Nebraska in the dark and a dear jumped up out of the barpit right in front of me. I center punched the dear at 65 mph and didn't even have time to let up on the accelerator let alone hit the brakes. The cowguard collected the dear until I slowed down and then it fell under the truck and I ran over it. After dispatching the poor creature who was in a great deal of pain and unable to hardly move I inspected the cowguard and there was absolutely no indication whatsoever that I had hit the deer. How's that for protection from a minimum 15K bodyshop bill and insurance headache?
