Great taste! Exceeded my expectations. Despite labeling as "4.5 servings", it is easily enough for 2 generous helpings. Very easy to prepare - an oven and a greased pan. 2 servings of coconut-breaded shrimp, with sauce, for less than $10, seems a good value to me.

16 shrimp (jumbo sized) per 16oz. pkg, easy preparation, crispy, crunchy. The included Orange marmalade I'm not overjoyed with - the bitterness of the marmalade with some added chili(?) spice does not seem to partner well - at least not this particular packet. Have more in the freezer, so will try again - I prefer a sweet with Thai chili spice.

I'm diabetic, so these little wonders are deadly because they're addictive and certain to increase your blood sugar level even if you BAKE them in a toaster oven. They are best when they are deep fried...and you want to die of high cholesterol and trans fatty acid. They are delicious and a bit pricey at $8.97 a box.
