Methemoglobinemia Warning – Use of this product may cause methemoglobinemia, a serious condition that must be treated promptly because it reduces the amount of oxygen carried in blood. This can occur even if you have used this product before. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you or a child in your care develops: pale, gray or blue colored skin (cyanosis), headache, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness, fatigue or lack of energy. Allergy alert: do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or other “caine” anesthetics. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Sore Throat Warning – Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Consult a doctor promptly. Do not use more than 2 days or administer to children under 12 years of age. Do not use for: teething

Fast relief, and that was the goal.
I had a sore throat for a couple of days and finally did a home delivery of this and some non-drowsy antihistamine and some sore throat lozenges....I used the spray right away, then took an antihistamine and the lozenges were not necessary....the spray did the trick...used it again before I went to bed and by morning the sore throat was gone. No ick taste, easy to use.

Harsh and effective
I've bought this stuff twice! I used to be a merchandiser for multiple brands and found this stuff as a new item. There are so many products and brands out there, how do you choose? Staples, that's how! Vicks has only improved over the years. This stuff here is the truth if your throat or anything in your mouth hurts. It's a harsh product but well worth it! Kids complained of the nasty taste and a split second later the pain disappeared lol! We usually swear by chloroseptic but this stuff is 1 spray, ur good to go!
