The K&H Pet Products Thermo-Kitty Mat heated cat bed is an affordable heated pet mat with a dual thermostat heater buried beneath soft foam to make a comfortable napping place for cats . Pad provides extra warmth for your pet anywhere inside your home - try it on top of their favorite pet bed or whever they enjoy napping. The surface temperature of the K&H Thermo-Kitty Mat will remain 10-15 degrees above ambient air temperature when not in use by the pet. The product is designed such that the surface will only warm to full temperature when the pet is on the mat. As a simple test, you may place a pillow on top of the K&H Thermo-Kitty Mat - after about 15 minutes the under-side of the pillow should feel warm, but not hot. This is the warmth that your pet will feel when lying on the K&H Thermo-Kitty Mat. Perfect for cold weather or air conditioned homes. Instructions
TESTING INSTRUCTIONS: You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Remove the cover from the bed. Machine wash cover only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry, or tumble dry on lowest setting. Dry completely before reassembly.

K&H heated cat pad
I have 6 cats. I own 8 of these heated beds by this company that I bought years ago. They still all work perfectly. I bought this new one for another extra bed I just bought for them. They all know the heated beds and when they get to warm, they get off. Easy as that. I love that it never goes above their body temp of 102 and cools down when they get off. I highly recommend these for all cats especially in warmer months when I have a.c. jacked down.
