I was a little concerned about replacing my existing door seal, as I had never done so...however, it is easy to replace. Simply remove the door, and the old one pulls out, and the new one snaps into place! I don't think that I even had to trim the new one to size, but it would be easy to do so with a pair of scissors.

M-D Building Products 67967 36" Brown Vinyl Concealed Kerf/Channel Fit Under Door Seal Good product. Arrived as very new vinyl, not some dried up piece of crap that Blowes would send from a shelf that's been baking in Texas sun for years. Tin snips make quick work of trimming this to size, in this case to a 32" door. Directions say to use a hacksaw, but tin snips are faster, easier, and funnier. Maybe even safer. It's amazing that they shipped this item in such a big box! Worked fine, but wow.
