Camper Men's Beetle Casual Fashion Sneakers, Brown,8 M US

My beetles arrived only two days before we left for a hiking holiday in the Austrian Alps, so I didn't get a chance to wear them in. But, oh boy, they were a delight! Super comfortable, sturdy and after a good dust-off upon return still like new. My main gripe about Campers is that they're indestructible. I've two other pairs that are between 8-12 years old and that are still going strong! Just kidding, I love the sustainability of good, lasting shoes.

My first pair of Beetles was a soft leather version bought from Hong Kong over 4 years ago. I still use them often and they look great, but decided to upgrade with this one. I like this model because of harder leather and color combination (they look vintage). Comfort-wise - they are perfect as any other Beetle model, if you know your size - you can buy any model and they will fit just fine. I'd really like Camper to create an "off-road" version of Beetle which would have more sturdy bottom which could be used for hiking etc.
