Small fits but the skirt is very long

I'm 5'1" so the skirt is really long on me but the small fits really well. The shirt has buttons and the best has a zipper in the back along with the string in the front to adjust. The skirt isnt as snug as I thought it would be but the costume is good quality for the price.
