Not sure i would try again

The Santa Chef Nutcracker came damaged, and it appeared that whomever packed, knew it was broken. Two broken pieces were wrapped separately. Online, I was informed the item was not returnable. When I called, i was informed the Nutcracker was returnable, and the agent who handled the call was perfect. Polite, effective and efficient. Would buy the item again, but am concerned I'll receive the same damaged item.
