Garbage

Completely lacking and ignoring decades of peer-reviewed double blind scientific evidence of any kind from all over the world. A showcase of willful ignorance of decades of overwhelming data that supports everything opposite the author's personal bias. Trash. Save your time and money.

Horrible Hogwash

This book did not help me at all, and turns out my symptoms actually ARE ADHD and have gotten much better after treatment. I wasted a whole year and a half trying the " diy" route, and this book was no help. The author and publisher ought to be ashamed of themselves!

Do better for your children and look elsewhere

The author is an opportunist trying to tell people what they think they want to hear. Please don't subject your children to this brand of nonsense!
