My husband and I use this product because of the lower milligram of melatonin. The added L-theanine and chamomile help with relaxation for ease of falling asleep. Usually one gummy is perfect for a restful night of sleep and we don't wake up with medicine head. I know this product is marketed for children. We are older adults. Works great for us.
