Not sure why there is so much negative feedback because this thing has been perfect from day 1. Cleans everywhere it's supposed to when it's supported and let's me know it has… It's loud (if you're home) and it's expensive, but it's top tier without a doubt. Unless it goes haywire at some point I can't understand why so many people have an issue. But I did get a 3 year warranty…

It is much more efficient in battery use, and it gets more of the dust. The only issue is leaving a little bit of dustin the corners of rooms or cabinets.
