Very soft! I wish it came in adult size. It seems like it stays cool when it's warm, and keeps warm when it's cold. Not sure how that's possible, but I love it and so does my toddler. The size is a bit bigger than your average baby blanket, but not big enough to tuck in in a full size crib, which I was hoping to do.
