Great Glider, Awesome Customer Service

Order the Glider on Walmart website and shipped to store. Was able to pick up in 4 days. When I open the box, there was a crack on the seat of the chair. Called the company customer service and told them about the crack. Took photos and copy of receipt. They process the claim and shipped out the replacement part. Receive the item 1 week later. Overall was very satisfied with how everything turned out. I didn't want to repack the chair and return it back to Walmart. I recommend the chair, very smooth and quiet.
