[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get these for ny niece after she had her baby so she could get back all the nutrients and stuff she lost from giving it to the baby and she said these are miracle working pills and she understood taking prenatal vitamins but no one ever has told her about post natal same for myself 4 kids later and just now hearing about doing for mom after baby well I didn't want by niece or 2 girls learning early so I made sure I talked to them about the importance of taking g care of ur body after baby and these little vitamins will do the trick
