Usual Adult Dosage: As directed by a physician. For daily and proactive gut-health support: Two capsules once a day. Take 30 to 90 minutes before a meal, with water. (IBSREST, a randomized, placebo-controlled trial of IBgard. Approved after peer review and then published in Dig Dis. and Sci. 2016) (BSACT, a patient-reported outcomes trial; approved after peer review and then published in Int J Dig Dis. 2016). When in flare: Two capsules, three times a day, for four weeks. Take 30 to 90 minutes before a meal, with water. (IBSREST, a randomized, placebo-controlled trial of IBgard. Approved after peer review and then published in Dig Dis. and Sci. 2016). Each serving has less than 5 calories; the amount of protein, carbohydrates and dietary fiber is below 1 gram.
