Disappointing

I was disappointed with the Cogito watch. The instructions weren't clear and it was hard to pair with my iPad. I replaced a battery and that seemed to help but then to operate the watch it was cumbersome and pushing buttons didn't seem to do anything. It also beeped for every text or email I received and there appeared to be no way to leave on only the vibrate and turn off the beep. I returned it to Walmart with ease and bought the Timex Ironman M20 instead.

A dud!

I rarely trust online purchases - always a problem. Turned out to be the case again. The watch didn't work. No helpful sites to troubleshoot or resolve the problem. No one to call. Just directed to return it. Luckily it could be returned to a store. But there the next problem arose, as they didn't have the item number in their system to scan it for the refund. Had to get a manager with some knowhow to put it through. Never again buying sight/feel/test out unseen. Disappointing Christmas gift.
