[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Depend® Shields for Men for a while now, and they've consistently delivered the comfort and protection I need. The design is incredibly discreet, fitting well in regular, snug underwear without being bulky or noticeable under clothing. The fit is secure; they stay in place well, even during active days, and I don't have to worry about shifting or bunching. The adhesive backing is effective but still easy to remove.

I wear Depends Fresh Protection Advanced for Men 24/7. The suggested time limit is 12 hours, BUT if you a Depends Fresh Protection GUARD inside, you can get 12 hours of protection from the GAURD, remove it and get 12 hours of protection from the Depends fitted underwear. The Guards are adhesive backed to hold them in place, therefore the sticky glue may tear the filmy underwear inner cloth. - Solution = Tear only one inch off each end of the plastic slick adhesive cover, leaving most of the sticky area covered. Also, I use a standard swing line or Bostic stapler to staple the top edge of the GUARD to the underwear. The staple adds great positioning strength. THIS ACTUALLY WORKS DAY AFTER DAY and helps manage the fixed income budget.
