Verified Purchase

Great product, packaging not so hot.

The product is fine and I would have given a five star rating but the box that the balusters came in was taped up unbelievably. There was probably a whole roll of tape used to tape the baluster boxes together, tape them to the inside of the package and then loads of tape on the external box itself. It took over 1/2 hour to get everything separated.
