Poor Item Quality

The rocker on the switch than I received was bent to the side and crooked within the switch frame. This is very noticeable, but I am not going to go through the aggravation of mailing it back for another one. I replaced 32 Cooper Decorative Switches in my home last year, all of these were in perfect condition and work properly. I think that receiving this one bad one was a fluke.
