One Piece World Figure Colosseum 2 Vol.5 Charlotte Katakuri 6" Figure

ordered a Charlotte katakuri action figure for my 11-year-old for his birthday. this was the only place we could find it online however there were not that many seller ratings and I was skeptical. went ahead and purchased it anyway and after a week of waiting it arrived. outer shipping box was in great condition, no signs of damage as well as the action figure branded box showed only a slight sign of damage. as soon as we opened the box my child took out the parts of the action figure and we noticed that the hand had completely snapped off. this action figure needs that hand to hold the weapon that it comes with. this is a display action figure / model and it's incredibly disappointing to wait all that time for something to come without a limb. contacted seller we will see what they can do to remedy this. for now this just confirms my skepticism with buying from third parties on Walmart.
