I use a CPAP machine and at time I open my mouth to breath. This causes a very dry mouth. The chin strap prevents this. The strap that connects to the back of the chin strap dose not stick well. I Velcro doesn't work on the strap's cloth. It will come off during the night.

The other reviewers didn't take the time to work with this product. It is hard and scratchy on the ends, but I used a piece of the good ole grey tape to cover the ends to make them smooth and soft against my skin. I have adjusted it to fit my head and only let loose one side of the back strap to remove and put on. My head is small so I pull my hair out from under the back strap to sleep and it holds it in place better. I have used these for years and just ordered another one. I am a 73 yr. old female. It keeps my mouth closed at night and makes a huge difference as to how long I sleep. No more snoring or mouth open to wake up with my heart racing and a huge headache from no oxygen. Be patient and adjust to your head, it works fine!
