I had my portable basketball hoop 54 inch for about 2yrs now, everything was working fine until yesterday when I saw a couple broken plastic washers on the floor, I figured it was the the spacers that keeps the braces together. I sent an email last night about this issue and got a response at around 10 am the next day from Brenna of customer service that they have already shipped the parts I needed under warranty. I have several lifetime products 3 basketball hoops, one is like around 15 yrs old. 2 outdoor storage sheds. Will keep on patronizing LIfetime due to good quality of their products and amazing customer support.

Solid product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely need two sturdy people to assemble. Must look at videos on assembly and must carefully read manual. Make sure of alignment especially of poles before slamming pole sections together
