I wish I could give zero stars for this product. The quality is abysmal, and dealing with the company, Bison Commerce, has been an absolute nightmare. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely unaccountable.
First, the product itself is terrible. The red paint comes off easily, making it unsafe to store clothes or other personal items. The furniture has an overpowering odor that required me to keep my windows open day and night, even in cold weather. The drawers are misaligned and don't function properly (see from the pictures). This is nothing more than an overpriced piece of junk that no one should have in their home.
Second, the return process has been a disaster. The furniture arrived in one piece, weighing over 200 lbs and requiring no assembly (which I paid for but never got a refund for). I had to hire movers to bring it upstairs to my room. Despite Walmart's assurance that the seller should handle the return, Bison Commerce flatly refused to provide any assistance.
After weeks of emails and calls, Walmart stepped in to arrange the return service, as the seller continued to deny responsibility. I was informed this item is sold by Bison Commerce, and Walmart's return support would have been seamless if they were the seller.
To make matters worse, Bison Commerce doesn't provide a valid phone number or point of contact, making them seem like a ghost company. Even after Walmart escalated the issue, the seller refused to cooperate.
I strongly advise against buying this product or anything from Bison Commerce. If you encounter any problems, you'll be left to fend for yourself with no support from the seller. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this product and this company at all costs.
