Obey does not Obey
I checked with technical support as Sam Ash a couple of times before i purchased the first controller which was an Obey 3 they never got back to me, then after checking out everything and downloading manuals for the Chavuet 3/4/10/40/70 and reading them I called tech support at Chavuet and the tech said the Obey 4 would work, I tried it, It would not communicate with my lights properly. I sent a full description of what the controller was doing right and wrong along with a full technical description of my lights and finally after 4 weeks i got in touch with the right person and he said the Obey 10/40/ or 70 would work well almost the whole point of going with a sound controlled controller was to be able to adjust the sound sensitivity which the Obey 10/40/70 does not have and The Obey 3 or 4 does have. Now after 6 weeks i figured out that if you don't know anything about RGB/DMX you almost can't buy anything through mail order and if you don't speak their technical lingo your lost, I have sent this Obey 4 back to Sam Ash I tried to contact them to tell them why I was sending it back and they have not got back in touch with me no communication what so ever.
