I purchased these balls in mid-late November. They arrived around the 10th of December. The quality of the product was horrible. They are fully unusable. The paint was chipped off nearly all ball and stuck to the packaging. I immediately sent an e-mail to the customer service to let them know I needed to return the product. Three emails later, I got no reply. The company did experience a severe snow storm and tragedy (damaged warehouse, loss of employee's life) and sent a note in mid-December sharing this information, apologizing for shipping delays, ask that customers not post negative feedback and that customers resend any emails where they failed to get a response. While I empathize with the act of mother nature and the great tragedy what I don't understand is that in their letter they ask for emails to be resent and they indicate that they are fully now back up and running and responding to emails. They are not being honest. In fact it would appear they have issues and using the storm and the loss as an excuse. I have resent several emails about the substandard item and asking for instructions on how for return and they are not responding. Truly if they were doing as they say and being honest, I would not leave negative feedback as I feel bad for what happened there in their area. BUT when they lie in their communication I am frustrated as now I'm stuck in late December with unusable Christmas balls and no path to return them. I think Walmart needs to get rid of Christmas Central as a supplier. It also tarnishes Walmarts reputation as well.
