Love it!

I have been using this distiller for 4 months and I love it! We go through 2-3 gallons a day so it's paid for itself already. I noticed a difference within a couple days not drinking water from plastic bottles which disrupts your hormones. I bought the 3 year insurance plan because some reviews said it doesn't last long. I'll definitely buy another one of these to save $200!

Great convenience!

I didn't get this so much for the cost savings as the convenience. I need distilled water for my CPAP, and live in a fairly small town -- there is only one store in town that sells distilled water. It is only around 85 cents for a gallon, but it was frustrating those times I was out at home and went to the store to buy more only to find it was out of stock there as well. Now I have three gallon jugs, when I am about half way down on my last one, fire the sucker up and fill them.

I have distilled 5 or 6 gallons with this distiller and it works great. The chrome finish shows finger prints would be nice if it was available in white. I would recommend this without hesitation.
