This new system incorporates the new MVH502A fluid head and the new MVT502AM tripod. The system is lightweight, compact and is amazingly sturdy. The new telescoping tandem; or twin tubes are a first for Manfrotto. The design provides the stability of a twin tube tripod with the ease of use of a single leg tripod. Taking its inspiration from our top professional systems, the 501HDV,546BK features a fixed counterbalance for a typical weight of camera + accessories of 2.5kg (5.5lb) with independent fluid cartridges in order to ensure smoother movements for both Tilt and Pan axis.
