I originally purchased a 10 x 14 size rug in the Sand/Lagoon colorway, which was too large for the area. It was perfect color to match other nearby areas. I returned it and purchased the next size down. The color was TOTALLY different. I suspect it may have been mislabeled. It looked like the Graphite colorway rather than the color I desired. I am reluctant to try again. No response received from a customer service email that I sent to Loloi. 😔
