It is well known that the practice of sport contains several virtues for the health of our body. Sport ensures physical, mental and intellectual well-being. Nevertheless, sport can be dangerous in certain cases and for certain specific people. These are athletes with previously unknown pathologies. Consequently, various accidents can occur during the practice of sport, the most serious of which is the sudden non-traumatic death of the athlete. The paradox of sport is that given its benefits, a sport activity should always be encouraged but intense sport can kill the unrecognized cardiac disease, intense sport does not cause heart disease it reveals it.
