I bought this for my 3rd baby. Cradle cap was a pain for my first 2 babies, so I wanted to try something new. Honestly, the sponge part you can do without. Just wet or suds up your baby's hair and use the massaging brush to loosen the gunk up. The curved comb is a game changer! That is the reason I gave this 5 stars. I removed so much cradle cap with such ease! I could have tried to get rid of it all at once, but I was afraid of making my baby's head sore. I did a little each day after a bath. Most was gone in 1 week, and the total gone by 2 weeks.

Very easy to use and saw results after first use. My daughter has cradle cap and started to lose hair on the top of her head because of the dry patches and was very upsetting. Now her scalp looks much better and her hair has started to grow back, will continue to use.

I used this with the Frida Baby FlakeFixer Cradle Cap set, and it worked immediately. Though I didn't take before and after pictures, I captured all the flakes the comb removed. I don't know the cause of cradle cap, but this product cleared it in one treatment. It came back after a several days, so I repeated the treatment, which worked again.
