New bottle

I have used palmolive dishwashing liquid for 30+ years. The issue I have is that the company has introduced a new bottle cap that frequently blocks, preventing the liquid from being dispensed. The bottle cap is closed after use, and the bottle is stored inside a cupboard, but still the liquid cannot be dispensed with ease (and sometimes not at all) because the liquid solidifies in the cap. It is possible that the problem relates to a change in the recipe of the liquid.

New smell sucks

Hate the new smell of the "improved formula". I always buy this soap in bulk cause it works well and doesn't(well it didn't used to) leave a smell while using it and after. Now the new one while using it the whole area smells and everything even after rinsing with super hot and a ton of water it still smells. And the smell isn't even good, my house hold smelled it and no one is sure what the scent was even supposed to be. Really sad since I really loved this soap because of its strength and lack of strong odor. Bring back old formula smell, it was may more tone down than this new formula

Not so great anymore, so disappointing.

Palmolive has been my dishsoap almost all my married life. 45 years. Always had the ability to clean well and keep the suds throughout. I do not have a dishwasher, so I know what I'm talking about! Lately I've noticed I have to use more to get same results. My guess is more water has been added to the bottle. Like I said, no dishwasher, I know of what I speak. Now we have"new formula"! It comes out in globs, doesn't break up, doesn't have the suds anymore. I hate washing dishes in water without obvious suds! C'mon Palmolive! Should we shop around for something better?
