My dad has to take a pill four times a day and I was finding that I would forget to give him the mid morning and mid afternoon pills. I got this handy alarm with pill boxes. It took a few tries to set the alarms correctly but the directions are clear and if you read through the directions a few times slowly with the device in hand (without distractions) it's easy. The alarm is loud and can be heard throughout our home. It's also small enough to take in a purse or small bag if you're going out for the day. IF YOU CANNOT MISS A DOSE- this little device is great.
