Help me get my refund.
I purchased Seiko Golden Clock when I received it the glass was broken and scattered. I returned it to the local store for them it back to seller. The customer service lady told me it would ship to them the next day and was told that I would get my refund when the seller receives the product. It is now 7days later and the clock has not been shipped, the FedX tracking number is not active because they have not shipped it from store yet. I want and need my refund.
