Horrible customer service

The actual pillow was nice but not what I was looking for so while trying to return the pillow every single phone number I would find for customer service wasn't a working number and I have emailed the company numerous times to receive a return authorization and I have yet to receive a response. So if you're worried you may have to return an item from this company bunnyberry DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
