Finally Able to Get My Size

I have been trying unsuccessfully for two years to obtain my size in Hanes white cotton brief underwear. The stores where I usually obtained them are now always out of my size except for colored underwear, which I do not care for. So I decided to go to "the horse's mouth." Had to return first order of size 9 because it was much larger than previous ones. However, customer service was fabulous in that they sent a pack of size 8 at no charge to see if they were better which they were and then replaced the previous ones and sent more of the size 8 with no shipping charges for the return or the new order.

Product was great - BUT you included the invoice with the 'gift'. My mother was blown away I spent that much on 3 pair of cotton underwear. Of course it included shipping - but she just never should have seen that invoice.
