However, they are probably a good alternative to energy drinks if you don't like the taste of energy drinks or to coffee if you don't like the taste of coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many supplements that promise to help. They have promised a lot but delivered very little if anything. This is the first one that actually made a difference. In my job, I speak with a lot of people daily and negotiate deals all over the country. Sometimes I was having trouble remembering names or what we discussed earlier in the day or week or month. After a couple of weeks, I found myself not stumbling anymore, I have to say Natrol Cognium Focus Brain Health actually works. And as I've gotten older it seems I've had a combination of the normal getting older memory issues and maybe some of my other issues which are related to who knows what. I tried this bottle as a trial and have now ordered another bottle.  Fantastic product, Fantastic price
