Urban Armor Gear is my go-to accessory for phone case and watch band. This is my second time buying this exact model (Leather watch strap) and I love it. Its not generic, and the leather is well-made, quality, and well-designed. My only critique is that the weak point on these is the part which gets the most use: the belt loop and after a solid 2.5 years of service, it finally sheered on my last one. Only had to wait to replace it because of Covid-related shortages.
