If you are pregnant I suggest you add this to your registry. If you know someone who is pregnant, buy this for them! This swaddle works so great! It's very simple to use and easier compared to the hospital blankets. My newborn always broke out of the hospital blankets but he can't break out of these! It helps him sleep so much better because it limits the startle reflex. There are other swaddle brands out there but I find that this one seems to be more affordable and more widely used among moms.
