Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow. Adults: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 18, consult your health professional.

I've been having daily excruciating headaches for about four years now. Have used various other medicines (prescription and OTC) but none worked. This one kind of worked. I've been taking a combination of this medicine another herbal product that relieves tension nasal congestion for a week now - all three are herbal/homeopathic, and they seem to be improving my headache a bit.
