  • If you are looking for plywood circles in various sizes and thicknesses, we have them for you. All of our plywood circles are cut from high quality Baltic Birch Plywood in either 1/8" or 1/4" thickness. We use plywood because of the dimensional stability, ease of painting or staining and overall strength.
  • When we cut with a laser, you will end up with a light smoky residue on the surface of the wood. To remove, you simply need to sand the product with a light duty sandpaper (we use 150 grit) or you can simply paint the wood with a high quality craft paint. The plywood that we cut with is not rated for exterior use.

Great circles. Using to make cover for on shoes I had to cut. I needed this width, and my son will cut off some to fit the edge of the shoes. Gotta be crafty! I will make Christmas ornaments from the extras.

Ugly with burn marks

Two stars because it was a 9" circle and it was made of 1/8" plywood. I personally was able to use it because there were brown and yellow burn marks all around the edges on both sides. I had been planning to clear coat it for a project, but it was too ugly.
